Payment is accepted via Paypal and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

Delivery times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment. Delivery times within the EU are 2-4 days after the order is dispatched. International deliveries can take 7-14 days, depending on the destination.

 

Shipping costs and logistics partner

  • We ship free of charge to EU countries. Shipping costs for international shipments are 3 EUR.
  • We ship orders with Deutsche Post. Orders are shipped from Berlin, Germany. Please note, we do not ship to packing stations (e.g. in Germany: DHL Packstation)

 

Customs and Duties

Please be aware that TINKA BLU is not responsible for any local customs duties or taxes placed on international orders.

 

Returns

  • We know how hard it is to order cloths online. We try to give information about the size as exactly as possible. If you feel, you have got too less information about the sizes, please contact us.
  • In case it should happen that an ordered bikini does not fit, TINKA BLU will accept┬áthe return of a product which has not been used, worn, washed or damaged and is returned in its original condition. Due to hygienic reasons, surf bikini bottoms will only be accepted when the hygienic strip has not been removed. We reserves the right to deny a refund of the returned product if it does not meet these requirements.
  • You can return a product within 30 days from the day you received your order.
  • If you would like to return a product, please inform us┬ábefore sending back the product. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email without delay.

  • The costs of returning a product are borne by the customer. It is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery. TINKA BLU is not responsible for the loss of a returned parcel.
  • We will process your refund immediately after we have received the product back. We reimburse all payments received from you, including shipping costs. For reimbursment, the same means of payment as for the initital transaction will be used.
